Josh Haby is a graduate student in the PhD/MLS Law-Psychology program. Josh earned his MLS in 2016 and MA in Psychology in 2017. He completed his undergraduate career at Texas Lutheran University with a double major in Psychology and Sociology.

His current research pertains to the situational factors that influence consent to search decisions. His previous research interests include situational factors influencing plea decision-making. Upon completion of his Doctorate, Josh plans to pursue a career in trial consulting.
